On Sunday 5 May, the players, management and staff of Celtic Dragons gathered at Cameo Club, Pontcanna to celebrate the end of the 2019 Vitality Netball Superleague season. Those in attendance reflected on a memorable season for the franchise, which saw them take six victories in the competition. Celtic Dragons finished seventh in the league, their best placed finished since making the Grand Final of the competition back in 2013.

As part of the end of season presentation, there were a number of awards to be made! Two awards were determined by a ballot of the Celtic Dragons squad: Players’ Player of the Year and Players’ Personality of the Year. Meanwhile, the coaching staff also selected a Most Improved Player of the Year, a Coaches’ Player of the Year and a Most Valuable Player of the Year.
